Oh those magic pills.  We want immediate weight loss with no effort.  I tell people – “Sorry, not gonna happen.”  It’s a life-style change that is needed. 

What worries me more is that obese parents do not see themselves as obese and see their kids as “only” having baby fat.  [Hence the title of this book.]
