Some people who are wronged are afraid to complain. They fear being “legally attacked” by the person/business they complain about. Don’t let that fear stop you – it’s exactly what they want to happen. Scared consumers are loved by the big corporations with the big law firms they have on retainer.

I know, if you think a business or person will come after you with hired legal guns ablazing – it may be hard to complain. Lawyers use words that are meant to frighten you. They have a way of saying they “might” sue you without actually saying it – because they can’t really threaten to sue you. But they know how to use words – and most people are frightened by even getting correspondence from a lawyer. Do not give them such power…

This site is a way to mention your complaint – with or without naming names- and where and to whom a complaint can be sent will be suggested. In unity there is strength! Enough complaining will even get some Federal and State agencies investigating!!!

And I don’t mean complaints to the BBB – I am not sure those complaints do much.. I’m thinking in terms of complaints to higher level places like licensing boards and attorney general, and the Feds.
