Format:<\/span>
\u2022 Hip Drip Caf\u00e9 is providing a stage for the candidates to sit on with microphones. Candidates will be seated alphabetically by last name from stage left to stage right.
\u2022 Self-serve coffee will be available to attendees. The space easily accommodates 100+ people, and we expect to fill it.<\/p>\n

Agenda:<\/span>
\u2022 6:00 \u2013 Volunteers arrive for setup. PCP & MultDems table to be included\/staffed. Candidates who wish to do so may send representatives to set up information tables.
\u2022 6:30 \u2013 Candidates or their designated representatives arrive. Coin toss\/dice will be used to determine the order for opening remarks, first questions, and closing remarks.
\u2022 7:00 – Welcome (Susan S.)
\u2022 7:05 \u2013 Introductions & Rules explanation (Caleb)
\u2022 7:08 \u2013 Candidates statements (2 minutes each \u2013 order by coin toss or di prior to beginning)
\u2022 7:20 \u2013 Beginning of 10 questions from Caleb Burns. Candidates have 1 minute each to answer. Rotating order. (Depending on time, the moderator has the option to reduce the number of total questions.)
\u2022 8:10 \u2013 20 minutes of questions from the audience for specific candidates
\u2022 8:30 \u2013 20 minutes of questions for any candidates
\u2022 8:50 \u2013 Closing statements from candidates.
