I prefer the West Side Story version – but instead tonight it’s the shrub giving us another yawner.

My friends ask why I will watch…I say it’s the psychologist in me – I want to see him squirm with Pelosi sitting right there and an audience there and all over the world who does not like him….mr 38% and falling…..besides it’s the 1st I’ll watch from shrub…seems like a good time to do so…

I never liked SOTU speeches as they are pure rhetoric. Can’t recall one in the past that revved me up – but I admit that since Nixon, I have not liked watching repugs on TV…unless they are waving bye-bye after the resign…now that’s something I’d watch even if it were after my bedtime : o )

But what I really am looking forward to is the speech by Jim Webb. Now there’s a guy who can and does stand up to shrub any day of the week….He’s clear, concise and actually speaks in whole sentences….a great comparison to the shrub – maybe even the 38%ers will watch and see what the 62% see is wrong wrong wrong…..
