Lynn Dorman, Ph.D. // April 4 // 0 Comments

On April 4th in 1968, Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. was shot and killed. Like the JFK and RFK assasinations, I recall exactly where I was and what I was doing; but to be honest – as the years go by I forget the exact dates.

But that’s me – why has the media forgotten? Until i read a clip on a blog – I had not remembered the date …no big headlines – no stories – not much mention in the US press.

How sad…Is it because if we recall MLK, Jr.’ s death we also have to recall Vietnam and the civil rights struggles of the 60’s?

Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. Rest in Peace

Me? I have a Ph.D. in Psychology and a law degree [J.D.] but I am happier writing, creating courses, playing with images and words on tees and mugs, etc.
