    Sadly not everyone in the country realizes that the residents of Washington, D.C. do not have voting representation in Congress. There is a Representative but the Repugs say she can’t vote. Washington has about 500,000 residents – about the same as Vermont and Wyoming but they do not have anyone to vote on their behalf…
