when you are worried about health and money &#8211; ringing phones are themselves a stressor!<br \/>\n\t<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n\t<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">And I also know that stress leads to a lack of adequate sleep and that stress is a major cause of health problems.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Caveat &ndash; some stress is good for us &ndash; it can be motivating.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">This post is about that stress which can be harmful and bad stress takes one on a cycle of &ndash; well &#8211; more stress.<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The cycle goes like this:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">worry about health and money<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">sleep less well<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">get more stressed<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">get stress-related illnesses<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">worry more about health<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">sleep even less well<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">get even more stressed<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">and so on&#8230;..<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n\t<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Here are 5 ways to start reducing your stress:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">1 &ndash; you must get adequate sleep<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">How?<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">going to bed at the same time every evening<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">not watching TV in bed<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">not having an argument before bedtime<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">not reading murder mysteries at bedtime<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">no late night eating &ndash; except maybe a glass of warm milk<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Hard? Yes. Impossible? No!<br \/>\n\t<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">2- you must exercise<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">I know it&rsquo;s harder to exercise when you are stressed.&nbsp;So think of daily small things you can do that make your body move.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">stairs instead of elevators&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">walking more&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">jumping jacks.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">hopping or running in place in your house while watching TV or listening to the radio<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">3- you must eat properly<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">This means the right nutrition and at the right times because bodies need fuel just like your car does &#8211; and your body needs the right fuel and at the right time just like your car does.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">eat only when you are actually hungry<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">snack on vegetables and fruit<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">drink more water &ndash; a lot of &ldquo;feeling&rdquo; hungry is actually a need for hydration<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">avoid soft drinks<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">eat breakfast every day<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">4- you have to socialize<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">spend quiet time with family<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">go for a walk with friends<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">hang out on Facebook or Twitter<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">chat with your neighbors<br \/>\n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">5 &ndash; And the hardest for many &ndash; you must earn more income<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">I know the economy is not great but there are home-based business models that do well in an economic downturn.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">check out the company [due diligence]<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">find a product that you really love and use it<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">talk to your friends<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">don&rsquo;t expect overnight success &ndash; be patient but always take a daily step forward with your new business<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">.<br \/>\n\t\t<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"color: red;\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"color: red;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Comments?
