Interesting information about blood type.
Another correlational study – and one that shows:
There may be a link between a rare blood type and memory loss in later life, American research suggests.
People with AB blood, found in 4% of the population, appear more likely to develop thinking and memory problems than those with other blood groups.
There is nothing one can do about the blood type you are born with, but no matter what yours is, you can keep your brain healthier by eating real food and taking care of your body by exercising. And exercising also helps your brain.
In fact, exercise helps with so many “issues”
it’s always a good thing to do!!

I am not even sure this is correlational…
30,000 potentials and they chose about 1,000? What is that? Self-selection?
And, there were 30 AB’s in the high level (sic) group and 23 in the low level (sic) group. Out of 1000….
(Yes, I have AB blood! And, I am WAY over 45!)
Thanks for the comment Roy… and the critique.. I should probably be a bit more “critical” of the “research” I post about, but for me it’s the fascination with all the brain stuff we are learning… I have AB blood in my family [not me tho] and all lived well into their 70s and 80s with no brain power loss… The message is to do the things we know about to protect our bodies and brains.
