Consulting and Coaching

Commonwealth of Massachusetts License

Washington, D.C. License

I have been a licensed psychologist in both Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. and a one-time member of the D.C. Bar – but I gave up all licenses after a few moves to distances far from those jurisdictions.

Could I get licensed where I am? Yes! Do I want to? No!

I no longer engage in psychological therapy or do psychological evaluations. And I do not wish to practice law…..

You'd need to have lived in D.C. to understand why I never got an official D.C. Bar Certificate [they refunded our money...but I did get the District Court certificate]

These days, instead of a private practice, I consult, coach and author books and articles…and these do not require licenses.

For my clients, it does not make a difference – and for me, it's one less piece of paper to worry about on some regular basis – and I do not have to deal with insurance companies!

Besides – coaching and consulting can be so much more fun.

If you want to chat about working with me, contact me and we can see if there is a fit.  And if there is not, perhaps I can refer you to someone else.
