On a personal note – I had knee surgery in 1966 after a serious ski injury and was told I had about 30 more good years for that knee.  I also had two rather serious car accidents.  Now, at nearly 70 years of age,  I have no aches or pains – and I must say I do love that. 

I have been a nutrition/health nut most of my adult life and even as a psychologist I argued for good nutrition – so I figured if I like the nutrition I get from these products why not tell the world about them?
